WhatsHook is built to look at your messages and nothing more.

Questions
Is this an official WhatsApp product?
No. WhatsHook links to your WhatsApp as a linked device, like WhatsApp on a computer, using a third-party client. It only reads and never sends, so it stays clear of the spam WhatsApp looks for. As with any third-party tool, WhatsApp could log it out or, rarely, limit a number. Our Terms explain more.
Which numbers can I use?
An established personal number that is yours. New numbers and virtual (VoIP) numbers aren't allowed because WhatsApp treats them more strictly.
Does my phone need to stay on?
No, but open WhatsApp on your phone at least every 14 days. WhatsApp ends linked devices on phones that stay offline longer.
Can the AI send messages for me?
No. WhatsHook can't send anything. Your assistant can draft a reply; you send it yourself in WhatsApp.
Can it read all my chats?
All your one-to-one chats, yes: turn on All chats and anyone new is added as they message you. Groups you pick one by one, up to 50, so a group is only read when you choose it.
Who can see my messages?
You, the AI apps you allow after signing in, and anyone who can use your AI account. Our staff tools don't show message content, and we don't read your messages. When you ask your AI app a question, it reads the relevant messages to answer you, under that provider's own terms.
How do I stop?
Open your dashboard and choose “Disconnect and delete my data”. WhatsHook is unlinked from your phone, and the messages, chat list and WhatsApp login we stored are deleted straight away. Nothing is deleted from WhatsApp itself.
